Harbour Wholesale Home Warranty provides information about HVAC and home services through this Site. We offer free, no-obligation estimates to prospective customers. The Site allows you to learn about our services, request quotes, and contact our team.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number through our forms or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Harbour Wholesale Home Warranty related to your inquiry.

Membership Agreement

By subscribing to the Harbour Wholesale Home Warranty Membership, you agree to a 84-month (7-year) contract at a rate of $35/month. A one-time signup fee of $100 is charged at enrollment. The total cost over the full contract term is $3,040 ( $100 signup + $35/mo x 84 months).

Covered Systems

The membership covers repair and replacement of the following home systems:

  • Air Conditioner (Amana)
  • Geothermal Flow Center
  • Geothermal (Bard / Hydron module)
  • Spray Foam Insulation
  • PTAC (90% four season room)
  • 6 Inch Seamless Gutters
  • Grind Pump
  • Sump pumps
  • Garage Door Opener
  • Well Pumps / Pressure Tank
  • Water Softener (Sterlings)
  • Hot Water Heater / Tankless HWH

Service Fees

When service is needed, you pay a $80 inspection fee (credited toward repair) plus $40/hour for labor. Parts and replacement systems are provided at our cost with no markup.

Cancellation & Early Termination

There is no self-service cancellation. To cancel your membership, you must call us at (317) 720-3849. Early cancellation is subject to the remaining contract balance, calculated as $35 x the number of months remaining on the contract.

Service Area & Transferability

The membership is available for properties in Hamilton County, IN and surrounding areas. The membership can be transferred once to a new property Anywhere in Hamilton County.

Billing

Membership payments are auto-recurring and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Harbour Wholesale Home Warranty to charge your payment method on file at the selected billing interval until the contract term ends or the membership is cancelled in accordance with these terms.
