Three-business-day cooling-off

Under Indiana Code § 24-5-11 (Home Improvement Contract Act), you may cancel your Harbour Wholesale Home Warranty membership within three (3) business days of signing up, for any reason. If you cancel within this window:

  • All amounts paid — including the activation fee — are refunded in full
  • Refunds are issued within ten (10) business days to the original payment method
  • To cancel within the cooling-off period, call (317) 720-3849 or email info@harbourwholesale.com

After the cooling-off period

  • Activation fee: Non-refundable.
  • Membership fees already billed: Non-refundable.
  • Early cancellation: To cancel before the 7-year term ends, you pay the remaining contract balance ($35 × months remaining). Once the balance is paid, coverage ends and your subscription is canceled. Self-serve cancellation is available through the member portal.

Service call fees

  • The $80 inspection fee is non-refundable.
  • If you dispute a charge on a specific repair, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Refunds on repair work are handled case by case.
