From there you can view your covered equipment and service history, submit service requests, change your billing cycle, pay off your contract early, transfer your address, and use referral codes for account credits.
Yes. Log into your member portal and go to your billing page. You can upgrade to a less frequent cycle (e.g. monthly to annual) and it takes effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
