When it's 95 degrees and your AC is blowing warm air, you can't wait until next week. Call us and we'll have a tech at your house as soon as we can.
We diagnose the problem and tell you exactly what's wrong before we start. No guesswork, no inflated quotes. You get a clear price and you decide whether to move forward.
The diagnostic fee covers the trip and the diagnosis. Approve the repair, and that fee gets credited toward the work. You're not paying twice.

$150 to $600 for most repairs. Capacitors and contactors are on the lower end, compressors and refrigerant leaks cost more. You get an exact price before we start.
No overtime charges. The price we quote is the price you pay, whether it's a Tuesday or a Saturday.
The most common causes are low refrigerant (often from a leak), a failed capacitor, a dirty evaporator coil, or a faulty compressor. We'll diagnose the exact issue and explain your options before we do anything.
Good rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than half the price of a new unit, or the system is over 15 years old and still running R-22 refrigerant, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll tell you what we'd do if it were our house.
